Simple Instructions To Log In To Your Rubicon Account
Our box office system has a new feature that allows you to renew your tickets online, see your purchases and donations, and manage your contact and account details, just as you do with other online purchases that you make. If you would like to renew online and are having any challenges, please call Guest Services at 805.667.2900 for assistance.
If You Have Never Logged In To Your Rubicon Account
- Go to: Rubicontheatre.org
- Click the Customer Account Login Button on the top right corner of the website
- Enter your email address and select the radio button next to I Am a New Customer
- Click Continue
If your email address is already associated with an account, you will see a message in red at the top of the screen under the tabs. It will look like this:
- If you get the message in red, click where it says Click here to have a password link sent to your email.
- If your email address is not associated with an account, it will advance you to a new form for you to fill out your personal information
- Click Continue
- You will then be returned back to the original screen and you can now re-enter your email and select I Am a Returning Customer.Then simply enter the password that you just created into the form and click Continue.
- Once you are logged into your account, you can pay for your subscription renewal online
You will then be logged into your account and can pay for your subscription through the portal.
If You’re Not Sure If You Have A Login
Call Guest Services at 805.667.2900 and they can provide the email address associated with your account. Your account should be associated with the email at which you received the subscription eblast.
If You Login But Don’t See Your Renewal Notice
Call Guest Services at 805.667.2900 as a different email address may be associated with your subscription invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are logging in to renew your subscription and prefer to mail in a check with your Courtesy Invoice, one will be sent to you in the mail. Phone or walk-in support is also available.
If You’ve Logged In To Your Rubicon Account On Previous Occasions
- Go to Rubicontheatre.org
- Click the Login Button on the top right corner
- Enter the email address associated with your account in the Email Addressbox.
- Click the radio button next to I am a Returning Customer and My Password is
- Enter your password.
- Once logged in you will see a notice to click to renew your subscription.
